Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19-10-2026

GuardMatic is a software service by FACILINK for security agencies and the people who work with them. By signing in or using GuardMatic you agree to these terms. If you use GuardMatic on behalf of a company, you agree for that company.

1. Who can use GuardMatic

  • Accounts are created by FACILINK or by your agency's Admin. Use only the login given to you.
  • Keep your password and PIN private. You are responsible for what is done with your login.
  • Tell your Admin straight away if you think someone else knows your PIN or password.

2. What the service does

GuardMatic records attendance (with selfie and location), patrol scans, incidents, visitors, leave, duty rosters and related reports for the sites your agency manages. Features depend on the plan your agency has chosen.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Enter true and correct information. Do not mark attendance or scans for someone else.
  • Do not try to break, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or access data you are not allowed to see.
  • Agencies must have the consent of their staff for photos and location records, and must follow labour, PSARA and data protection laws that apply to them.

4. Data ownership

Data entered by an agency belongs to that agency. FACILINK processes it only to run, support and improve GuardMatic, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Check-in photos are kept for 90 days. Attendance records are kept for as long as the agency's account is active.

5. Plans, payment and suspension

  • Plans, prices and limits are agreed between FACILINK and the agency.
  • FACILINK may suspend access if payment is overdue, if these terms are broken, or to protect the service and its users.
  • When an agency leaves, it can ask for an export of its data within 30 days. After that the data may be deleted.

6. Availability

We work to keep GuardMatic available at all times, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, network problems or reasons outside our control. Offline check-in, where enabled, is sent once the phone is back online.

7. Limitation of liability

GuardMatic is a tool to help manage security operations. It does not replace the agency's own supervision, and FACILINK is not responsible for security incidents at any site. To the extent the law allows, FACILINK's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the agency for the last three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction. Questions: use Contact on the login page.
